The tube is just a bit big for the amount of product inside it.Īdditionally I have never loved the sponge tip applicator. If you cut it open you will find you actually do get as much product as the brand promises you’ll get though. You get a decent amount, but the product has a lot of air in, so the packaging quickly deflates and it makes it look like you get far less product than you actually do. Then there is the issue of how much product you get. That said, these are expensive and I would only recommend buying these if you can get a deal. These are pretty and I love the look they create so I will hand on to them for some time to come. So many budget brands have been doing renditions in shades that may be better for different skin tones. While I like these I am a bit conflicted on whether I should be recommending these. Should you buy the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wands? Especially Spotlight and Peachgasm work very well for me. The top right is the Contour Wand, bottom left Spotlight and bottom right is with Peachgasm added on top.Īs you can see these shades compliment one another very nicely and I love how they blend seemlessly into the skin. I still don’t love the sponge tip applicator on these but it does make application quick and easy. And I have to give that to this product: it is super easy to apply. I am sure it will work for me in the summer time, but it’s too warm for me to be a contour. It has a bit of a red undertone and is just a bit too dark for my winter skin. The Contour Wand looks alright but as I had predicted it wasn’t the best. So this was indeed what I had hoped Pinkgasm to be, but then so much better. Peachgasm also has a sheer glowy vibe and I love a glowy peach blush. Spotlight is more of a golden champagne but it is very pretty own as it has that perfect level of sheerness. With Charlotte Tilbury not always being the best for my fair skin with a cool to neutral undertone, I was pleasantly surprised how this worked out for me. Since I don’t want to knock it until I try it, I decided to give it a whirl. But at the same time the shade just didn’t seem right for me. I had heard so many people raving about it and it has been recommended I try it so many times by followers that I felt almost guilty that I hadn’t yet. The product that I was most nervous to try was the Contour Wand. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand Light Medium But when it was in stock for Black Friday I decided to still try it. I love a good peachy blush but this had been out of stock for ages as it is a very hyped up product. ![]() Peachgasm just always seemed better for me. Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Beauty Light Wand Peachgasmīack when I tried Pinkgasm the shade I was actually interested in was this. But knowing Charlotte Tilbury this will probably be quite warm toned. I will post a short on my Youtube channel shortly comparing this to the Catrice. But after trying the Catrice ones, I had this inkling that the Maleficent highlighter might be the same. I was still mildly interested in Spotlight after trying Pinkgasm. Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Wand Spotlight However, I got these during Black Friday and got a 30% discount on my entire order so that made this a bit more worth it to me. At €38 a pop these are expensive for what they are. It may be good to know that I didn’t pay full price for these. Review: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Wand Spotlight, Peachgasm, Contour Wand ![]() I have the Hollywood Beauty Light Wand in Spotlight, the Glowgasm Beauty Light Wand in Peachgasm and the Hollywood Contour Wand in Light/ Medium. This is a 3-in-1 review of the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wands. But first let’s review these Beauty Light Wands of their own accord. So naturally I had to see just how similar those would be. But then Catrice did a thing and released to seemingly great dupes in their Disney Villains limited edition collection. Did you expect me to try more Beauty Light Wands? Well I certainly didn’t when I first reviewed the Glowgasm in Pinkgasm.
